We’re looking for a motivated Tile & Flooring Installation Technician to join our growing team and help bring our customers’ visions to life.

Position Summary

As a Tile & Flooring Installation Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing a variety of flooring products—tile, hardwood, vinyl LVP, and carpet—according to project specifications and high-quality standards. You’ll work closely with our project managers, designers, and customers to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and beautifully.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install tile, hardwood, vinyl LVP, and carpet flooring.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary underlayment.
• Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and sealants according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow job plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and management.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous flooring installation experience preferred (tile, hardwood, vinyl, carpet).
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints or floor plans.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
