We’re looking for a motivated Tile & Flooring Installation Technician to join our growing team and help bring our customers’ visions to life.
Position Summary
As a Tile & Flooring Installation Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing a variety of flooring products—tile, hardwood, vinyl LVP, and carpet—according to project specifications and high-quality standards. You’ll work closely with our project managers, designers, and customers to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and beautifully.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install tile, hardwood, vinyl LVP, and carpet flooring.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary underlayment.
- Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and sealants according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow job plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and management.
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous flooring installation experience preferred (tile, hardwood, vinyl, carpet).
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and installation techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints or floor plans.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods.

- Visual acuity to measure, cut, and install materials accurately.
Work Environment
- Work sites vary and may include residential homes, commercial buildings, and outdoor locations.
- May be exposed to dust, adhesives, sealants, and other flooring-related materials (PPE provided).
